YUM!
We held our Dia de los Muertos (Mexican Day of the Dead) 'cake day' this week. The 'cake day' has been going for about three or four years now, we usually try and have one every couple of months and take it in turns to host. Its just an excuse to have friends round for tea and cake really. We usually have some sort of theme and everyone brings a home made edible sweet treat and the host provides some lunch. We also introduced a Day of the Dead 'make' this time too and as you can see we ended up with some fab items, including Bonnies colourful decopatch skull, Hannah's 'The Brides', Jim's Mr & Mrs Skully and Rufi's trinket box. Bonnie our resident crochet expert was on hand to help us with our latest projects too.
