Its cake day again...an event that some friends and myself hold once every couple of months, so we can get together, drink lots of tea and eat lots of cake! This time round we're having a wedding theme. Here is my contribution, I've used the old photographer's trick of taking a close up to hide the sunken bit in the middle though. Have to admit it is better than last months effort, a chocolate cake that whilst baking, set hard before it had even spread to the sides of the tin!
